Teaching history and local culture by walking around a place, feeling the vibe and discussing points of interest on site attracts students’ interest and makes them participate more actively.
The course is designed on active learning methods, initiating innovations and educational activities. It promotes collaboration among the participants, presenting the necessary skills.
At the end, participants are expected to use the taught techniques and methods effectively.
The course starts on Monday morning (09:00) and finishes on Saturday (12:00 approximately).
Teachers (Pre-school, primary, secondary education); Teachers of History; educational guides and counsellors; Inspectors; Principals/managers of schools/organizations offering adult education.
English – participants should be teachers with a minimum level of English corresponding to B2 and above in the Common European Framework (CEFR).
The fees come to 480€. This amount can be fully covered via an Erasmus+ grant provided by your National Agency.
