Paideia Expert Training L.P is a European provider of qualitative Professional Development courses, job shadowing and vet opportunities in Thessaloniki and in Kassandra Chalkidiki in Northern Greece. A group of experienced teachers and teacher trainers initiate innovative and effective methodologies for people interested in acquiring new competences. We enable the participants explore, experience, acknowledge new trends on teaching, digitalization,educational management, sustainability, inclusion, environmental issues, well-being, positive psychology and drama in education.
Our training programs are based on learner-centred, experiential, and practice-oriented methodologies, designed to support professional growth, innovation, and lifelong learning.
Structured reflection sessions and peer discussions help participants analyse their own teaching practices, identify strengths, and plan improvements. Participants work on realistic professional projects, such as lesson design, institutional development plans, or innovative teaching scenarios, promoting problem-solving and creativity.
Through guided activities and local immersion, participants develop: Intercultural competence, European awareness and Inclusive educational perspectives.
We collaborate with universities on joint research projects. Academic partners contribute research expertise and design, while our organization provides practical insight.
In order us to connect the research data and practice in real educational environment, we offer educational programs to pupils of primary education and to students of secondary education and universities.
Additionally, keen on the European Dimension, we encourage international networking and learning partnerships. This facilitates the dissemination and exchange of good practices and professional expertise, either at school or at a personal basis.
